Hi, I am Juno! My journey to making a difference started in college when I was pursuing my master’s degree in psychology. I felt a deep need to find my purpose, and one day, someone I respected told me something that deeply resonated with me: “When you know why you’re doing something, the how just falls into place.”
My purpose became clear to me: making this world a better place. Through my network of folks involved in NGOs, I witnessed firsthand the incredible work they do and how they operate. I also realized that by contributing to NGOs, I could actually impact many lives.
I actively started talking to NGO owners to grasp the various problems they face. But on diving deeper, I understood that for hundreds of problems, there were only 3 root causes:

Jacob Baboo is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a passionate advocate of social justice at heart. In 2008, when he started his journey as an intern at his uncle’s firm, he gained valuable insights of the world of finance and accounting, particularly for NGOs. In 2011, he founded Jacob & Associates, with the sole goal of helping non-profits flourish through strategic financial guidance.
But his work isn’t just about numbers on spreadsheets.
